Header duplication

I recently switched to Benevolent theme and my mobile header is rendering when it’s not supposed to.

You can see on the page a header, a large space, and then another header. When I look in the console I can see that the first header is the mobile header and the second is my main. I’ve updated everything, cleared the cache, went through all of my style sheets with a fine tooth comb and nothing.

It appears that it’s trying to render my static home page but failing and rendering my mobile header instead? I have my settings set to display a static page, but it hasn’t appeared since we switched to this theme.
