• We had a company create a template for us but I need to change a very small part of the page and I really don’t want to have to pay someone to do it if I don’t have to. On our page, we have a header item that says “ISO 9001:2008” but need it changed to “ISO 9001:2015”. I can’t find that anywhere in the WordPress editing tools and am not very familiar with it all. Our site is designetics.com if that helps. The Chrome Inspector shows it in the header_container from what I can figure out. Can anyone help? It would be much appreciated! Thanks, Brian

  • You could try accessing your site via FTP or cPanel and see if that text appears anywhere in your theme’s files, but unfortunately it’s going to be near impossible for anyone here to give you more specific advice because we don’t know how your custom theme was coded. Have you spoken to the company that created the theme for you?

The company we had build the site switched to a very expensive yearly contract only service. That means we would have to pay thousands to fix this “little” issue. Trying to avoid that. I will take a look at cPanel. I already tried ftp but wasn’t sure what I was looking at. I found a file called header.kit (I think that was it) and it had that text in it but I copied, changed text and reuploaded and it didn’t change anything.
