Can you please check if you still have the Orbit fox plugin installed on your website as those options appear only when the plugin is installed? if not please install the plugin and check if they appear there or not.

Can you please try to do the installation again by either going to plugins > Add new option or by uploading the latest version of Orbit fox plugin which can be downloaded from the plugin’s official page here?.

It looks like, the previous plugin installation attempt was interrupted and left an empty destination folder. You can log in to your site Via Ftp and delete the plugin folder and then go back to the dashboard and install it again.
