Header functionality from google search result

Hi
I have been made aware that when I click on my site on a mobile phone from a google search the header plugin is not functioning correctly. Instead it reverts to the standard wordpress theme layout and also ignores all other CSS code.

If I go to the site directly this doesn’t happen. I have tried disabling AMP but it hasn’t made a difference.
