Header image cannot be removed, sidebar image cannot be changed

    Even though I removed the header image and even deleted the image from the images, it remains at the top of the window as a file icon.

    Second problem: I upload an image to change the sidebar image, but the sidebar image does not change.

    Note: This has been tested by clearing the browser cache.

    I added a new image to the top image. The side visual has also changed and there is no problem.
