Header Image Confusion

Hello,
I’m working with your “Foresight” theme, and I’m really pleased with it. It’s been going real well until I tried to use a header image.

I set up this header image in customizer:

But it’s not rendering anywhere on the page. I tried disabling the header color and removing the image logo, but neither of those allow the header image to show.

Am I doing something wrong, or is header images just not being implemented yet?
