Header Image Disappears

    Under the Basic Settings & Styles tab I’m trying to set up my email template. The only way to get an image in the header is to put the URL address in the line and then click off the address bar (the image appears correctly). When I go to “save” the image disappears. The URL to the image is still in the address bar, but the image is no longer there. Thanks for your help.

    I have seen this issue a couple times But I am not able to duplicate this in the latest release at least not on my site.

    Typically, I’m able to solve it by uploading the image the way you normally do and selecting it into the option. But after disappears if you go back into the upload area and select the image again after it has already been uploaded, it should insert that time. Otherwise, upload the image to your media library and copy the URL.

    Let me know if any of these workarounds do the trick for you.
