Header Image Dissapearing

Hi there I am new to the forum and am just looking for some help. I have recently had a logo created for my new wordpress site and when I go to upload the logo it will only display if I align it to the centre. If I try to align it to the left or right it dissapears. Also it dissapears if I tell the theme not to display the header text.

I hope someone can help apologies if I haven’t explained this very well, the theme I am using is Supernova.
