Header Image Doesn't Crop

    So, I have uploaded two pictures to my library.

    I am using “tp sunrise” theme and wanted to change the header, but when I upload an image or choose from the library, after I click it, it brings me back to a blank page except for the menu bar on the left. Now my pictures before June 1st, when I click them to change the header, I am able to crop them and use them. But these new images for some reason won’t work.

    Really could use the help!

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
