Hi there, Canape doesn’t support a Custom Header, which is why you don’t see an option for that in the Customizer.
To add a custom header you’d need to create a child theme and make some code changes. If you need help with it, please provide a link to your site as well as a link to the header image you want to add.
Also, if you’re trying to get your site looking like the demo, please be sure you’ve set large images in the Customizer’s Theme Options > Front Page panel.

Yes, I am trying to get look of the site just like the demo (almost every template starts with DEMO look – I dont understand why this one dont…). if not – there are just simple, visible options to customize.

Can you confirm that the Jetpack plugin’s Custom Content Types module is active on your site? You’ll need it to be able to add food menu items, which is what’s used to populate the Customizer’s Theme Options > Front Page panel.
