Header Image on Posts

In the General settings there is an option “.. each article in a feed, show summary”
That works fine.
However, on the demo site – http://headthemes.com/head-blog-demo/, I see there are image headers to each post in the summary format.
How do you get those image headers to appears with just the summary text?
