Header Image Padding

Hi
I am having a hard time locating this in the css.

width: 26%;
float: left;
background: #2D425C;
padding: 15px;

It is showing on line 362 of https://ac-quotes.com

All I am trying to do is change the padding to 12px so it lines up with the header image.

PLEASE anyone, it is driving me MAD!!!
