Header image resize for mobile

Hi guys… I’m a total newby amateur so please don’t get too technical. I have set up a webpage that I am happy with (www.gautengschoolswaterpolo.co.za) but the header image doesn’t resize when viewed on mobile phones. Everything else works fine. I assume I just need to change a code somewhere to make it work?
