Header Image Resizing

    Heyo!

    I found instructions for the TwentyTen theme for rigging your CSS and Functions to allow for whatever size header image you want and skip the cropping.
    How can I do this, or something to the same effect, with Adventurous? I don’t want to use header text and I want my header image to be pretty mammoth.

    Any suggestions appreciated! Let’s have a learning experience, shall we?

    Hello,
    To disable the header text you will have to go to, Dashboard => Appearance => Customize => Site Identity => Uncheck “Display Header Text” .
    And for the Slider, you don’t have the option add featured slider on the free theme, only featured post / pages are allowed so either you can use the help of available options to show the images you need or you can build a child theme to customize the slider.     OR
    You could upgrade to pro which has the featured slider option where you can add your desired images to the slider
