Header Image – Showing Blank

    So i have a custom header/banner image that I want to place as the header, it says to use a resolution of 1920 x 200 and no bigger than 64mb. Iv tried a PNG and JPG file, both lower than 64mb and exactly 1920 x 200 in resolution.

    For the life of me, I cannot get it to display. Its just blank constantly and its very frustrating. Is anyone able to assist? I know its on there because once I place it, the default Site Title goes so its obviously added it in but its just not showing.
