Header images aren't working

    Hi all, I’m new to wordpress, looking to start out with a new header image. Googling around reveals this is a common issue, but I have no idea how to fix it on Windows.

    I’m localhosting on a Windows Server as it was easy to install and curious to see how it worked.

    I found right away was that customizing the default themes or other freebies for testing means the header image doesn’t work properly.

    Whenever I select a header, it gives me a broken image on the crop selection box. See image reference here

    How do I fix this?

    that link in your post doesn’t show anything. also, be aware that wordpress “will” work on a a windows server but it runs much much better on a linux server.
