Header in Posts

Hi,

I have read the solution offered in a previous thread, but my problem is that if I remove the code mentioned there, no header appears whatsoever – not even on the main page. How can I solve this problem? So the aim is to have the set header image for all pages (it works) and posts (it doesn’t work).
