    Hi there – thanks so much for reaching out. I’m sorry you’re having trouble etoday – let’s see if we can get it sorted out.

    Could you please do two things for me:

    1. Update your WordPress plugin to the latest version if you haven’t already to see if that resolves the issue.
    2. Then open a support ticket from within your OptinMonster account so we can take a closer look. 🙂

    We just pushed out an update to the plugin that should address this issue. If you’ll update your plugin, you should see the issue resolve. If not, please let me know and we’ll take a look again.
