Header is not displaying

I created a custom header in the oceanwp template, and linked the header in the customizer. However when I make changes and refresh the preview, all the styles are missing and the structures are messed up. So I thought I can just simply create another template and relink it. I did, but no matter how many times I clicked to select my new template, the customer preview just won’t show the difference, neither in all the browsers live view. I went back to the template page and delete the original one permanently, and tried to relink it to my new header again in the customizer, it sill doesn’t show. Instead, there are numbers”222″ showing in the up left corner of the website. I really don’t know what is the problem, could anyone please help me?
