Your currently used ff-theme theme is not in the ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/ directory.
– If this was a custom theme, you may have to go back to your developer team and ask them to make the necessary change(s) to the theme.
– For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.
– As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
Consider creating a child theme otherwise all your customization will be overwritten when you next update your theme.
Alternately:
– If your theme has a custom CSS option, use that to add the CSS.
– If you are using WordPress 4.7+, use the “Additional CSS” option in the customizer.
– If not, install the plugin Simple Custom CSS
Contacting the theme developer is not an option.
How would I create a child theme? Would this transfer all esxisting content etc or would it be starting from new?

If you can’t contact the theme’s developer or if you can’t do the work yourself, you have the option of engaging a professional to assist you. If you want to follow that option and hire someone for this, then please try http://jobs.wordpress.net/
