Well your requirement looks like you want to show logo and site title at the same time.
If so then current version does not support this feature.

So it is obvious when you add logo means it is replaces site title and vice versa.

But I wonder how social buttons don’t show in above case.

Please confirm the following step :

1. Create your social icons from [Appearance] -> [Menus] section and assign to theme location -> Social Menu ?

2. In order to appear the respective social icons, you would need to type http://facebook.com for facebook icon, http://twitter.com for twitter icon and so on.
