Header logo src uses IP address

I just installed the Responsive theme on a new site and after getting it configured, I find that the url in the src for the logo points to an IP address instead of the domain … like this:

src="http://000.000.000.000/~useraccount/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/logo.jpg"

I have tried removing the logo completely and resetting it from scratch, but the problem remains.

How can I make it simply show the domain and path like this:

src="http://www.dummmysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/logo.jpg"
