Under the Fonts section of your theme customiser panel you’ll find several options to control font sizes. Does this help? Perhaps you’ve already tried this?

Hi Scott,
I have tried that area but can’t seem to find the one that works.
What I am trying to do is increase the font size in the header bar where I have my menu and social icons.

Unfortunately, this isn’t a built-in option in Make. To adjust the font sizes you mentioned, you’ll want to apply some custom CSS. This isn’t something we can provide support for, sorry.
