If you’re using the default scheduling page at yoursite.com/appointments, then the header and footer will be missing. That page is mostly meant to be a quick shortcut for admins to schedule appointments. If you add the [ssa_booking] shortcode to any other page or post, the usual header, footer, etc. will be displayed along with the booking form.

I am actually using the shortcode. I can see the other contents of the page, just the header/footer. Any other ideas on why this would be happening?

Can you share a link to your page so we can see what’s going on? If you don’t want to post that publicly, you can email our support at [email protected]. It’s hard to guess what might be happening without being able to see the page.
