Header missing or Process Stuck

    Hello,

    unfortunately we are facing an serious issue with the plugin while we are trying to generate an Export for Billiger.de

    1.) We can create a feed, but the feed is missing a lot of columns and most importantly the header of the .csv.

    2.) After we tried to increase the Batch Size unfortunately the process stuck at 14% (with Variations) and 22% (without Variations)

    To solve it we already checked all cronjobs and it looks fine. I’m not sure what else I could do to generate an feed.

    Hi Jonas,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    With regards to the issues you mention for your Billiger.de feed:

    • Missing columns: on the field mapping section of the plugin you can add field mapping by just hitting the orange “+ Add field mapping” button. That will result in an extra row to appear where you can add the missing field mapping(s)
    • Missing header: I suggest you try creating a XML feed instead of a CSV feed as it is way less prone of errors and I believe Billiger also accepts XML

    Yes, we could solve it.
    Just to let you know: it was an issue with the cronjobs and our hoster. After chaning the provider we were able to use the plugin.
