Header nav is missing

    My header nav has disappeared. It happened this afternoon, and I don’t know how.

    Until today, I had two menus in Appearance > Menus — header-nav and footer-nav. Now header-nav is suddenly missing. I cannot select it in Appearance > Menus, and the site header contains footer-nav, the menu that is normally assigned to the footer..

    Is there a way to restore just this menu? If I restore a previous backup for the whole site, I’ll lose recently added content.
