Hi there, the header in Bouquet has always worked this way, but is most apparent when you use images that contain text in them, like this one. For this reason, the header in Bouquet works best with images that are more abstract and can stand to be cropped.
If you’re using Bouquet somewhere else where the header is being cropped, could you provide a link so I can take a look?

Is there any way to fix this? This looks ridiculous on mobile. If not I’ll have to change themes, which would be unfortunate as my customer is happy with everything else.
On this site – http://noodlepiesnoms.co.uk/ – you’ve used an image that doesn’t include any text or logos, and so is more flexible. If you look at it as you make the browser window smaller, you’ll see that it’s being cropped in the same way, but it’s just less noticeable due to the content in the image.
You might like to experiment with a custom CSS workaround, like this one:
