What do you mean your header is not showing? Can you post an image and describe where the header shoudl be?

The first link gives me a login page. The second link doesn’t tell me anything because I have no idea what the “header” is supposed to look like – there is no mark up on there that tells me anything. As far as I can tell it looks fine to me – I see the ticket and the ticket title.
Lets try this. Disable all your other plugins and switch your theme to 2014/15/16/17 – does your header appear? What is your “header” supposed to look like?

Did you try disabling your plugins and switching your theme to see if whatever is missing comes back?

Unfortunately, We don’t log into sites unless you’re customer. Its time consuming to provide that level of technical support so it’s reserved only for paid customers.
If you switched your theme to 2015/16 and disabled all your plugins can you post images of what the page looks like with the 2015/2016 theme. Since its a different theme your custom header will not be there but the standard WP theme header should be there. Also, can you post a screen shot of your plugins page so we can see what’s installed and disabled.
