Hi and thanks for your feedback!
When I visit your site it seems to show the correct English Content & Header – when I click on Espanol it switches to Spanish and I see Spanish Header & Content. So from what I see it seems to work fine?!?
Just for double checking on your side:
– Polylang OR Polylang Pro active?
– Elementor AND Elementor Pro active?
– Make sure you have all the latest versions!
In Polylang settings:
– in Custom Post Type settings has “My Templates” a checkmark? (Elementor templates)
– did you declare a default language (for example English) and assign content to it? Means your default language needs content pages, posts etc.
– does this content have translations in Polylang, that are linked to the original language each?
For our Connect plugin with Elementor templates:
1) Create Header template in default language, set conditions in Elementor – publish this template!
2) create translated version of it in second language, must be linked in Polylang – make sure no conditions in Elementor are set for this (save without conditions IS POSSIBLE!). Also make sure this template is published.
There is something else that you need to do, and that is set your URL modifications to be in subfolders pretty permalinks. There tends to be problems when the language is set from content.
Please let us know if your issues are resolved.
Due to lack of response from OP. I am presuming that this issue has been resolved. If there are still issues. Please reply to this thread.
