header not showing

Hi,

Thanks for making this plugin, i have checked the FAQ and followed your instructions regarding header problems being related to the theme used. This seems to be the case here as i cant find the cookie-law-info.css file on my home page. The strange thing is i also cant find this file on other pages of my site but the plugin works on these pages.
