Header on Event Pages

How do I get the header (image and top menu) to appear on the event pages?
Sample event page: http://northpalmbeach.localmusicfinders.com/events/john-smotherman-shipwreck-bar-grille-9/
The header appears on the Calendar page: http://northpalmbeach.localmusicfinders.com/calendar/
But not the event subpage. What am I doing wrong?
