header php. coding?

    I was trying to add my own header, and stupidly forgot to copy and save the original coding in case I messed up putting my header in. Sure enough, I didn’t copy the original coding, and screwed up my attempt at adding my own header.

    Can anyone copy and paste the original coding for me?

    It’s in theme editor, header php.

    The contents of header.php will usually be unique from theme to theme. Just download a fresh copy of the theme you were editing and use that header.php to restore the theme file to original condition.

    thanks!! that helped 🙂 now i just need to figure out how to add my own header!
