Header “Picture” Not Displaying

    The “Header Picture” is not displayed. The image is displayed in the “PICTURES” section of the admin but is not displayed on the preview or live page. I’ve tried a couple different image formats and have the same issue with all.

    Also, I am using a “Forminator” form shortcode for the NEWSLETTER BLOCK but my form is not being displayed. The title for the newsletter block is displayed, but no displayed form below it, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to change the font color of that title.

    NOTE: I may need to use another maintenance plugin until I get a response here.
