HI
Bit confused what you mean.
what should be my path?
Why would the snookerpic show up on the site and not header
if the jpeg is the same.
how do I change the path/ of the header.
Hi
I see what you mean and to be honest I spotted this but how do I change it when I go to the library then click on the image ..
then paste the url into the slider set it doesnt show all the…
…thumbsphp part..
that only comes up when I upload..ie when I right click on the image on the site…I see it..
When I upload a jpeg in my slider set, for my header
it is with the usual url
http://www.swindonsnookerclub.com/wp-content/uploads/snookerpic.jpg
when I save these changes
on the web site ..iewhen the image doesn’t appear
I right click the image and it shows this
http://www.swindonsnookerclub.com/wp-content/themes/DynamiX/lib/scripts/timthumb.php?
but I am not pasting that code in the sliderset url.
Its as if it wont let me change the url to the one I am uploading.
However the pic below …snooker.jpeg is the same image as the header
I did that as a test,
but it appears in the site so the image is fine.
Is there another way I can change the code.
It’s a theme issue. Where did you download this theme from? It’s using the timthumb script which – due to severe security issues last year – some host have now blocked on their servers.
Not sure
I took over this site from the web developer
so its the first time I have had this problem,
how do I get around it.
What I do not understand is when I go into the slider set where the code I upload is
http://www.swindonsnookerclub.com/wp-content/uploads/snookerpic.jpg
my url shows no theme excess code so I cant even delete it.
Ask your hosts if they are blocking timthumb.php
don’t know like I said I just usually use the upload functions of the
site..I can see basic code errors..but cant seem to sort this one…
I presume somewhere I will need to find the header code and change it…
I was a more design rather than code guy…
like I said I took over this site..and have had to learn things as I go
