Header removes from website when we activate your plugin.

    Working with Avada theme. Your plugin removed my header when activated. I tested this with a few other themes too. But it’s not working with other themes too. my website is ready except for this plugin. We like your plugin our client suggested that. Hope you can help http://proguidesg.com/ngo/
    right now header is working because I deactivated it temporarily. But want to activate this. I need help
