I am trying to display information from a Google sheet that is created via query and the header picks up the first few rows of the sheet and is mashing it all together in the header row. The linked site shows the issue. What I’m trying to achieve is just to have the two columns in the header row say:

“Recruit Profile” and “Class of 2018”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Unfortunately, it appears your website is unable to contact Google, as cURL displays an error:

Error requesting data: cURL error 28: Failed to connect to 2607:f8b0:4005:809::200e: Network is unreachable

This means you need to speak with your hosting provider and ask them to fix whatever routing issues they are having so that your website can communicate with Google’s servers.

I cannot take a look at your issue until this first one is resolved.

Alternatively, please post the shortcode you are using and I can try it out on my test site. That said, symptoms similar to this have been reported here before, but the issue is not caused by this plugin. Rather, it is almost always a misunderstanding regarding the difference between this plugin and your website’s Theme.
