header rows merging

I have a multisheet Google spreadsheet. I’m displaying them using Tabby Responsive Tabs plugin as well as yours. Your plugin works great and plays nice with Tabby Tabs too. Only issue I have is that on one, and only one of my sheets something is taking the content of the first 4 cells in column A and placing them all into the header row when it displays on the WordPress site. I’ve looked in every support post for something like this and can’t seem to find a similar issue. I’ve also looked into all the other sheets, datatables, and Google’s information to see if they have something similar.

I cannot post a link to the site, since it is a private company site. I have some screenshots if that would help.
