Header showing raw html

Hello everyone, I’m trying to change the styles of a header block, in the section :

typography –> content, i insert this:

Grilled shrimp salad   <strong><span style="color: #ffb700;" class="stk-highlight">$18</span></strong>

I want to see the style applied in the header, but instead of that i see the raw html code in my page. I am new in wordpress, thank you for your help
