Hi there,
Is it an image you want to decrease the width of? If so, you’ll have to do so in an image editor, or using CSS.
Are you using the logo upload in “Customize > Header Content” to add it?
No to image and no to logo. The site is: pc-assistants.net. What I want to reduce is the height of the green banner at the top of the page.
I looked at Spacing in the Add-on I purchased; but didn’t find (or didn’t see) what I needed. I also checked out this forum before contacting you.

Ah, the reason it’s so tall right now is because the two header widgets are stacked.
You can make them side by side by using this code: http://generatepress.com/forums/topic/aligned-widgets-on-header-logo/#post-106330
