Hi,
does this issue appear only on your live site? or does it appear the same way on your editor?
It seems that everything is ok on the editor as you can see in pictures number 003 and 004 from my link. But the same configuration on my editor shows different results on my live site, as you can see in pictures 001 and 002 from my link.
I cleaned my navigator cache and my server cache, but t didn’t work either.
Could you please help me?
Hi,
To troubleshoot the issue please try this guideline:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard. (Make sure to back up your site).
Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard. Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, and server cache (if possible)
If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Sixteen and see if it makes any difference.
From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Elementor > Settings > Experiments. Change all of the experiments to Inactive except the Flex Box experiment. Click Save Changes.
Check the issue from a different browser or incognito mode to rule out the possibility of browser addon conflict.
Hi @lianakap ,
Thank you for your help but none of these solutions worked for me.
However, someone on the OceanWP forum gave me a CSS code to paste on my customizer and I finally was able to solve the problem.
