Header with centered logo overlapping content

With the Twenty Twenty-Three theme, you can change your header and body Margin + Padding using the site editor.

I managed to create a header with an overlapping logo as shown above by:

1. Adding padding to the top of the site logo block
2. Removing any margin on the bottom of the header and top of the body’s group block.
3. Adding the CSS code below to the additional CSS section of my site.

Hi is it possible to make a completely floating (or overlaying) header with transparency? I’m looking for something like this (https://www.bingingwithbabish.com/#top) but i can’t make something similar to this.
