header.php and no template preview

Hey – This morning, uploaded a theme I created and gave it a run through. Nearly everything looked good when I clicked preview and I briefly activated it, but went back to the drawing board on a few things.

Now, after I upload the new files, the only way I can get a preview window is if I delete the header.php file. I put the header code in the index file and it won’t work.

I call the file something else and include it, it doesn’t work. So I can assume the code is bad right.

But the file itself is nothing special — Links to stylesheets, and a pair of scripts — one for css purposes and one for ad serving — and the only thing I added was an IE condition sheet.

Googled around and found nothing that really matched this issue, but then again it’s been a long day and I may have missed something.

Any ideas?
