    I have like over a terabyte of pictures that I take as a hobby. Some are very popular, and others not so. I consider myself an Eclectic photographer. I would like to share some of these photos (top 200 unless there is a request) to the WordPress community under the Attribution Creative Commons License so that people making themes and templates may use them. I have a Flickr account but some of the photos that have people or specifically children do not have this license they are copyright because it’s what their parent or guardian asked for. So I did not want to just list my Flickr account.

    Can I share my pics here?

    A lot of people do what you’re describing in the “Your WordPress” forum; they link their website and ask people to check them out, and you can tell what they’re really doing is getting people to look at their content rather than their theme design/ functionality.

    I don’t think your thread fits in WordPress forums at all. You are neither giving support nor asking for it.

    weebit: The best thing to do, if you want to publish pictures under a specific license and such, is to post them on your own site.

    You know how to make a WordPress site, clearly, so maybe make one specific to share them on. There’s lots of good gallery themes, and people can then visit your site and see your pictures and use them if they so choose. You’re welcome to post a link to your site here so that people can go there.

    Samuel: I get what you are saying really I do. Yes I know WP like the back of my hand. I was just being nice, and trying to combine two things I like doing. Photography and WP.
