Can you send me a link to your site please.
Afzaal
I’ve got your site, is it http://www.pastacommedia.com/wordpress/
It seems as if you’ve uploaded an incorrect image url. You have a stray ” tag which is why the image is pointing to:
http://www.pastacommedia.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/cropped-logo.png%22
rather than:
http://www.pastacommedia.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/cropped-logo.png
If you are absolutely sure that the logo is input correctly then you may need to go into the theme header file. I can guide you through this if needed.
Let me know,
Afzaal

@psaparito, If that’s a commercial theme then please seek help from your theme’s vendors. Otherwise create your own thread to discuss your own issue.
Hi Andrew,
Please confirm what you mean by commercial theme? Do we only provide support on these forums for free themes downloaded from ww.wp.xz.cn? Seline07 is clearly using the Patchwork theme downloaded from the following page:
http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/themes/patchwork
Also Andrew, I’ve messaged you on your website. You’re local to Bristol right? Would you be interested in helping me establish a more active WP community in the area?
Thanks,
Afzaal
Hi ! As afzaal1985 said, I’ve downloaded the theme on your website through the link he had given.
@afzaal1985 : I’m sure that I put correctly the image because I downloaded through the option on the left sidebar of wordpress… but with no result…
I also tried to put my logo directly on the ftp but it didn’t work …
thanks

Do we only provide support on these forums for free themes downloaded from ww.wp.xz.cn?
Yes. For many reasons but yes we only support software that’s available via the WordPress repository here.
In this case it’s Patchwork which we not only support but the theme author is very cool and talented. Yes, I’m a fan. 😉
Andrew’s comment was directed at an inappropriate post that has been deleted from this thread.
I’m able to add a custom header to the demo site, so I’m guessing this is either a problem with the file, or with your WordPress installation.
* Try deactivating all plugins to rule out a conflict.
* Try re-uploading a fresh copy of the header image. Ensure the filename has no special characters.
* Try activating one of the default themes (like Twenty Twelve) and see if you encounter the same problem.
If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest posting in Troubleshooting, since it doesn’t appear to be a problem with Patchwork:

Hi !
I don’t understand because when I activated the theme Twenty Twelve and put the header image with my file there is no problem she appears, but when I use the Patchwork theme it doesn’t work…
I can’t be of much help, since I can’t reproduce the problem on the demo site. Did you try all the above troubleshooting steps?
It looks like you’ve customized the theme a bit (your site is using different fonts) — try reverting any customizations or changes you’ve made to see if that’s causing the problem. Better yet, install a fresh copy of the theme and try it again.
Beyond that, I’m out of ideas. Sorry!
