• Hi All,

I’m fairly new to a lot of this, so I hope I’m wrong, but is seems unbelieable that I can put some sort of banner, header or title on each individual post that is on the post page.

As it is now, the only thing that shows is the text that begins the post.

WP is a blogging platform is it not? So you would think that there would be a way to highlight and label each post so visitors have a better idea of what they are clicking on.

    Perhaps I am missing something?

Someone suggested using categories, but so far that hasn’t yeilded any results.

All I am wanting to do is something akin to…

    TITLE OF THE POST
Then underneath it the text would start.

Even better would be images, but I would settle for just a heading.

I would bet that I am just ignorant here, but you never know, sometimes the most obvious thing isn’t implemented.

Thanks in advance and have a wonderful day…Ian

PS I am working on TWENTY TWENTY ONE and using local, so I can’t share a link.

  • Uhm what i think you are saying is you need a header that shows on every page (correct me if I’m wrong) if yes, get the elementor header and footer builder (note: it only works with elementor) its shows on every page expect the front page so you can just copy the content and paste it on the homepage

I have images on the individual post page, but in the over all post that list all of the posts, it just has the opening text.

My point is that when people click on the posts link all that they are getting is text, without any way to delineate what each post is about

So where you would have something like this…

    Ssfsdfddf Ssdfsdsdffs Sasdfssdfsd Sdfsfsf

    Hsdssdf J sdfsdsdf J adfsfsdf K adssdfsdfsdf

And I want it to look like this…

    POST NAME

    Ssfsdfddf Ssdfsdsdffs Sasdfssdfsd Sdfsfsf

    POST NAME

    Hsdssdf J sdfsdsdf J adfsfsdf K adssdfsdfsdf

    POST NAME

    Hsdssdf J sdfsdsdf J adfsfsdf K adssdfsdfsdf

So people can click on something in the header makes them want to read and not just the opening text.
