Heading on each post in a listing?

Is it possible to use a heading on each individual post in the listing? How can I achieve this?

I use this plugin on a website which is targeted at individuals With blindness. The various screen Reader programs they are using can all list headings on a web page, making it possible to navigate easily on headings as an navigation strategy. To improve navigation for screen Reader users, I would therefore like to be able to use a heading (say Level 3) on each post title in the listing, so that screen Reader users don’t have to deal with all the information inbetween on their way to the post they want to find.

Any help would be appreciated.
