Headliner.fm?

Recently, I’ve been getting messages to promote my blog using Headliner.fm for free. I’ve read a little bit about Headliner.fm and it seems to rely on people writing recommendations for each other. Is it worth authorizing it? Would it add anything to my page that I wouldn’t want on there (such as a visible plug-in)? Has anyone else authorized this and had good and bad experiences? Is this someone just about everyone else has already done and I’m missing out on?
