Heartbeat control doesn’t work properly

    Hi guys,

    Thank you very much for your plugin, first of all. It is the best cache plugin hands down.

    I’ve been playing with the Heartbeat control, and I found it to be unreliable. Or maybe it’s just me, in this case I’ll be happy to learn more about how it works.

    • If I leave the settings as default (all disabled and frequency at 60), it does it correctly, the heartbeat fires every 60 seconds
    • If I disable the heartbeat on the Dashboard or any other place, it doesn’t work. The heartbeat still works when I check the dev tools
    • If I raise the frequency to 300, the heartbeat works every 2 minutes, not 5.

    And in addition, it would be useful to have an option “leave heartbeat as defaults”, because now it looks like there is no option to not override the frequency. You have to select a frequency, so Swift is always overriding the frequency.
