Hi! the “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips + mPDF” addon is indeed the correct solution for this.
You can find more information about the reason for the PDF not working in the error logs. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and select the log starting with woocommerce-pdf-ips-mpdf. This should tell you what’s wrong.
I suspect that there is possibly ill formatted HTML in the template. Are you using the supplied “Simple RTL” template?
I have check log and it only show https://prnt.sc/233uywr and yes I am using RTL https://prnt.sc/233v6gg

This means remote content is being included in the PDF that is not accessible by the pdf creator. Are you loading any images or remote stylesheets in the invoice (for example by means of action hooks or third party plugins)?

I just noticed in the corner of your screenshot that in fact it appears like the logo you have setup no longer appears to exist:

Can you try changing this to an image that exists to see if that resolves the issue?
Hi @webdevloper21,
Since we haven’t heard back from you in the last two weeks, we’re assuming you solved this issue, so I’ll go ahead and mark this ticket as Resolved.
