Hebrew translation bug

Hello,
The translation on translate.ww.wp.xz.cn has a Fuzzy translation for the word Shipping, the actual translation is correct.
If you download and install Woocommerce from the WordPress plugin archive on a Hebrew installation and activate, the word Shipping will not be translated.
Please accept the fuzzy translation so people can have it translated out of the box.

I would be happy to contribute, however, it seems like I do not have the permission on that page to approve fuzzy translations. @casiepa stated that the Translation Editors can accept the fuzzy translation.Is there something we can do to expedite the process?
